STORESERVICES
ADVENT CALENDAR

Because December doesn’t have to be a sprint.

Each week brings a new practice and small ritual to anchor you in the season. Simple, cozy, and made for real life.

4 Yoga Advent Sunday practices unlock at 10:00 CET on

  • Nov 30

  • Dec 7

  • Dec 14

  • Dec 21

Watch anytime that week. This is built for tired humans, not perfect routines.

If your shoulders are up by your ears already, you’re in the right place.

Less daylight, more pressure, and your nervous system waving a quiet red flag 🚩 while you tell yourself you’re fine.

You don’t need even more stuff to do. You need pockets of calm that reset you.

This is for the thinkers, feelers, and over-functioners who give everything and remember themselves last.

If your brain feels like it has 37 tabs open, this is your reset

A different kind of Advent Calendar

Your calm December starts here. One Sunday at a time.

Four Sundays. Practices short enough to fit your day, long enough to change your week.

Unlocks 10:00 : Nov 30, Dec 7, Dec 14, Dec 21.

A little calm drop waiting in your inbox 🕊️ 💌 before the day runs away.

Let’s be honest, December doesn’t need another to-do list. You’re already the one remembering who hates glitter, who’s gluten-free, and who “isn’t doing gifts this year.” Your body’s been whispering enough. This calendar isn’t about doing more. It’s about taking back calm.

✨ Rachel brings the warmth and the herbs (literally).

🕯 I bring slow Yin sessions built around the winter meridians, your energy channels for grounding and rest.

When you join, you don’t wait for the calm; you start right away.

🫖 Instant access to Rachel’s herbal guide with tips for tea blends, oils, and cozy rituals.

📺 My intro to Yin Yoga, explaining why winter is the time to slow down and refill your reserves.

If you usually finish December running on fumes, this is your reset button. 30 minutes a week that will feel like an exhale you didn’t know you needed.

🪶 Gentle & Grounding

Slow yoga for busy brains and tired shoulders. No pressure, no pretzels.

🫖 Rituals for Calm

Herbal inspo and cozy rituals to make December a bit less feral. 🐗

🧦 At-Home Friendly

No matching pyjamas required, no traffic jams, no performance anxiety.

Kristina is a gentle professional. Her attention to detail during our yin yoga session is unmatched. I felt a strong sense of calm and every moment the session was met with peace. It was a great experience! I think it's perfect for beginners (like me:) who want to learn about the yoga practice & may be too shy to go to an actual class.

Still scrolling? Okay, let’s talk about what’s actually stopping you:

No Time?

Half an hour a week. You’ve spent longer doom-scrolling in the bathroom.

Do It Later?

Sure. Like last year. And the year before that. December doesn’t slow down on its own. You have to claim the pause.

Too expensive?

That’s two takeaway coffees a week. Except here, you actually get calm instead of that eyelid twitch.

Kristina has the calmest presence. I would definitely recommend Kristina to anyone who is needing help calming down and living stress-free.

Because “holiday spirit” shouldn’t mean burnout!

Yoga with Rachel is wonderful. She has such a calming presence, someone I feel I can truly trust. After her classes, I feel lighter and more refreshed, both in body and mind. She is easy to talk to, and your positive energy is contagious.

Questions You Might Have

30 minutes of actual peace. We skipped the 90-minute guilt trip version. Because we know you’re not signing up for a 90-minute “one day I’ll do this” session. Half an hour is doable: even in December.

Nope! The practices unlock at 10:00, Central European Time (CET), but you can do them anytime that fits your day.

Every Sunday morning in Advent. 10:00 (CET)

Honestly, you can get away with what’s already at home 🛋️ A soft surface to sit and lie on, a few big pillows, and a cozy blanket, you’re all set. If you’re feeling fancy (or already have the gear), grab your bolster, two blocks, an eye pillow, maybe even a diffuser 🌿 But really, comfort beats perfection every time.

Yes! The classes are beginner-friendly and easy to follow. You’ll be guided step by step, no fancy poses, just slow, mindful movement.

Congrats on your pregnancy 🤍 but this one’s probably not the best fit. Some of the yin poses in the Advent Calendar put pressure on the belly or involve deeper twists and folds, so it’s not designed with pregnancy in mind. If you want to move gently during this time, it’s best to choose prenatal-friendly yoga instead, your body (and baby) will thank you for it.

Instant access to your pre-Advent goodies:

📒 Rachel’s Herbal & Tea Guide – full of blends, oils, and winter comfort rituals.

📺 Kristina’s Yin Yoga intro – meet the season, the meridians, and your slow side.

Because waiting until December to unwind would just be rude.

You’ve done enough for everyone else this year. This one’s for you.

First practice unlocks November 30! Join before then to start on time ⏰
