Welcome. I'm Kristina, a yoga teacher based in Oslo, and I believe that yoga is most powerful when it meets you exactly where you are, not where you think you should be.
My approach is gentle, non-performative, and grounded in the idea that movement should help you feel better, not prove anything. I've worked with complete beginners, seasoned practitioners, people recovering from injury, and weary travelers who just needed to breathe again.
Sessions are offered in both English and Norwegian, and I bring all the equipment, mats, props, and a calm presence. You simply step into the garden.
