Simply step outside, roll out a mat (we bring everything), and let yourself be guided back to ease.

Welcome. I'm Kristina, a yoga teacher based in Oslo, and I believe that yoga is most powerful when it meets you exactly where you are, not where you think you should be.

My approach is gentle, non-performative, and grounded in the idea that movement should help you feel better, not prove anything. I've worked with complete beginners, seasoned practitioners, people recovering from injury, and weary travelers who just needed to breathe again.

Sessions are offered in both English and Norwegian, and I bring all the equipment, mats, props, and a calm presence. You simply step into the garden.

Not at all. Both sessions are designed to welcome complete beginners with open arms. There are no poses to master, no flexibility requirements, and no pressure to do anything that doesn't feel right. The only goal is for you to feel better when we finish than when we started.
Nothing at all. I bring yoga mats, props, and everything needed for the session. Just wear comfortable clothing you can move in — or even your pyjamas for a morning session. The garden does the rest.
This is exactly the kind of yoga that doesn't require flexibility or fitness. My teaching style is gentle and non-performative — we work with your body as it is today, not as you think it should be. Stiffness, tiredness, and limited mobility are all welcome here.
Yes, absolutely. Both sessions have a two-person pricing option. Whether you're traveling with a partner, friend, or fellow guest, you're welcome to share the experience. The session remains private — just the two of you and me.
Sessions are available in both English and Norwegian. Please let me know your preference when you book, and I'll guide the session in whichever language feels most comfortable for you.
Oslo summers are generally lovely, but we can discuss options if the weather is particularly challenging on your chosen day. Gentle movement can be wonderfully grounding even in cooler air — but your comfort always comes first, and we'll find a solution together.
